Where did Snapshot Viewer download go?

I see that Microsoft has at some point ceased to provide a
download for the Snapshot Viewer. I desparately need this
program as a continued resource for recipients of my
Access reports who don't have Access installed. What can
I do?

Access seems spotty. I was originally able to get to it, then later I found I could
not bring the site up at work, but could at home. Today trying it at work it is
asking me for a login. While an anonymous login is offered, it doesn't seem to work.
