Where did the display of Add-ins, COM, etc. go in OL 07?

In the previous version of OL, you could go to Tools | Other and find what
add-in's, etc. were running in OL. Now the only thing I can find is items
that have been disabled (Help | Disabled Items...) . Is there somewhere to
go to see what's running?
