Where did the Research Panel go in Outlook 2007?

I really appreciated the functionality in Microsoft Outlook 2003's Research
Panel but cannot find it anywhere in Outlook 2007. What happened to it? Is
there a plug in/add-on that I can use to give me the same functionality?
