Where did the web version of "Add Horizontal Line" go?

Hi there,

In Excel 97 I could save an excel spreasheet as a web page
with a horizontal line.

That option seems to be gone in Excel 2000.

Does anyone know how to do this without having to reopen
the document in a web page editor?
