Where do I find clip-art of standardized tests(mulitple choice)?

I am putting together an introductory instruction presentation for a
standardized test (I am a proctor). I would like to use an image of a
multiple-choice standardized test in order to facilitate my verbal
instruction. Where may I either find a life-like image, or upload an image
of a standardized test form (multiple-choice, bubble-in)?
