The easiest way to empty them is to go to start/settings/control
panel/internet options. There are buttons to delete cookies, delete
files and delete history.

To locate these files on your computer, open Windows Explorer and look
at the Documents and Settings folder, find your login name and expand
that folder. Expand Local Settings folder and you'll see Temporary
Internet Files. It really easier to delete them through the control
panel/internet options.

hi,

you may hide the Temporary Internet Files from driver. Just chk unhide the
folder and you able to see it. (c:\Document&Setting\%Administrator%.\. Then
go to tools-> folder option -> view-> advance setting.)
