Where do I find the "New Task to Contact" command?

I can't find this command. I was using it when I had Outllok 2003. It came in
handy becasue it links the task to a contact and with a double click it takes
you to the contact general screen.

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this query.

So I assume you now have Outlook 2007?
Actions-> Create-> New Task for Contact
