Do yourself a BIG favour and ditch the horrible web interface. Use a news

that anybody will, because your question lacks any details. Please post
your question again, and specify *exactly* what's happening, plus
+ your Outlook version;
+ your account type (POP/SMTP, IMAP, Exchange);
+ the message type(s) in question (plain text, HTML);
+ the font names and sizes before and after it happens;
+ anything else that you know, and we don't.
