where do I find the workspace file in Word03, (&xl, &ppt)?

I'm after the location and suffixes of the template files for Word, Xl and
Powerpoint 2003. For example in Xl97 the Winnt file has a file called *.xlb
and similarly ppt has a file called *.pcb, etc.

Any help much appreciated!
