Where do I get help for Inside Out from Microsoft Press?

I Purchased the book Inside Out but the I don't seem to
be able to download the sample files from Insider Extras.
I might have made a mistake when loging in to my
passport. I tried to go into Microsoft Online assisted
support, but I get to a screen where it asks me to pick
my product, but this book is not one of the choices so
that is as far as I can go. Do you have any phone numbers
or a way that I can contact the right person to help me
with this issue?

There's nothing to download. All the sample files are in
X:\Insider_Extras\Setup\Setup.exe (where X is the drive letter of your CD).
I have heard that running the setup program from the CD can fail on some
systems. If you are unable to run this program, try copying it to your hard
drive first.
