Where do I go to change the language?

I am in another country and dont know where to go to change the language so I
know what I am doing.

Change the language on... what? Microsoft Access? Windows? Word? Some
other program? Please post some more details.

If you are trying to change the default language for Windows,
Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup.
