Where do local files reside for Outlook files ( drafts - outbox...

using 2003 client - wanting to know where files are saved when I save them
locally...as in not on the exchange server.

Depends on how you save them. If you click File>Save As, they're saved
exactly where you tell Outlook to save them. Describe how you're saving
them.
