where do you go to create a power point presentation

I have a power point viewer on my computer but i need to create my own power
point presentation using text and maybe clip art. I have no ides how to get
started.

I'm afraid you will have to buy Powerpoint to do what you want. The viewer
by definition only shows a ready made presentation.

You cannot create or edit presentations with the viewer. You must have a
licensed copy of the PowerPoint Application.
