Where does one submit complaints?

How does one go about submitting a complaint about MVPs whose answers are
condescending and rude? Thanks.

the best is to get it sorted within the community. If one violates the code
of conduct (regardless of being an MVP or not) further action can be taken,
but this is rare.

I'm not sure if you know that MVPs are folks, like you, who answer questions
in the newsgroups voluntarily and on their own time. No one dictates the
questions someone should answer or the time they spend. Usually a signature
with MVP in the title means the response has been carefully researched and
is the correct answer. BUT, unfortunately, that's not always the case. (Note
this is a general statement and I'm not implying the response that upset you
wasn't a correct answer to your query.) In any event, Microsoft doesn't
babysit these newsgroups or "discipline" the volunteers. IOW, your complaint
could very well fall on deaf ears.

Even though you are access the newsgroups from the Microsoft web site what
you are actually accessing is Usenet which is picked up by numerous web
sites and various newsreaders. Usenet isn't moderated and while Microsoft
hosts these newsgroups they don't exactly own them.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email cannot be acknowledged.
