Where does overallocation of a resource show up?

Let's say there's a resouce that has 25% availability (2 hours per day). PM
"A" books that resource for the full two hours.

A bit later, PM "B" books the same resource for some time.

Does the resource show up as overallocated for "A" and "B" or just "B"?

Ray:

The resource will show as overallocated in any project in which the resource
is used. Apply the Resource usage view to see the overallocation.
