Where does the information from a form go?

I just started out, and used the business website template / wizard in FP.
When a user fills out information on a form, where does it go?

You insert the path to a file on your site or you can insert your email
addy. Or both.

right click and choose form options choose options and just insert the addy
or file you want.

In addition to the information Tina gave, the file that is typically used to
store the form results is placed into the _private directory. This directory
is special because it is the only one by default that has permissoins on it
so that the web server can write to files in it.
