where does the XXXX wrote message get generated in a reply?

When someone replies to one of my messages there is a block inserted that
says "XXXXX" at "XXXXXX" wrote: Its wrong. I am sending from a different
email account. I am using Word 2003 as an editor, and Outlook 2003 as the
mail system.

Check the accounts defined in your newsreader client that are for news
accounts (NNTP). There is where you have specified the Name and E-mail
values.
