Where does Word 2007 keep last opened file history?

Hi Boe,

If you're referring to the list you get when you click on the 'Office Button' the recently used files list is in the registry.

I can't seem to find where it keeps the last open file for Word 2007.

Hi Boe,

For Word 2007, for example it's in
Hkey_current_user\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\File MRU

Depending on your settings in the Word options there can be zero to 50 entries there of recently opened files.
