D Dave F Aug 15, 2006 #2 You have to show the developer tab. I can't quite remember how to get that, but if you do a google search for "Excel 2007 blog" you will come upon MSFT's Excel 07 blog, which has a lot of entries on programming. There I'm sure you'll find the instructions. Dave
