Where is Frontpage 2003 help menu files? Not the online help!

I just bought fp2003 and notice you need to be connected online to use the
help. Where is the normal help .chm. I may not be connected some times due
to the ISP problems. I need to be able use help at all time without a
connection.

Is there help files that I can download?

Sorry, all Office 2003 apps work in this manner, this allows the help files to be updated as needed.

You can switch to the offline version of the help files by following
these steps:

1) On the Help menu, select Customer Feedback Options.

2) Click the "Online Content" category at the left of the Service
Options dialog box.

3) Clear the checkbox "Show content and links from Microsoft Office
Online".

The local help files are installed with FrontPage, but they are not as
comprehensive as the online version.
To disable the online help, open FrontPage, then change the task pane
to Help (or select Help from the Help menu).
At the bottom of the task pane click "online content settings" and
clear the check boxes. Then restart FrontPage.

To temporarily disable the online help, change to the Search Results
task pane, and change the Search drop down to "Offline help". This
may reset to online the next time you use Help.
