where is "junk senders" list stored

I am going to reinstall my OS, but I want to preserve my junk senders list
that I have worked so hard to create. It does not seem to be in the PST
file, as I transferred my file to another computer and opened it with
another copy of outlook, and the list was not there.

What file is this list stored in?
