Where is Microsoft taking Groove?

Having used Groove 3.1 successfully for six months, I would like to know
where Microsoft is taking Groove (direction).

What will be the integration between Groove and Office, and what
functionality of Groove 3.1 will remain and what will be removed?

Can I assume that what is removed will be replaced by other functioality
supplied within the Office suite?

Hi,

New version Groove will be packaged in Office 2007. Office Groove 2007, an
updated release of Groove Virtual Office software, will enable teams to work
together dynamically inside collaborative work spaces regardless of location
or network connection.
