Where is MS Query

I am trying to learn the Insert from External Data features of MS Word. MS
is nice enough to tell me what to do.

Can anyone tell me where Microsoft Query is so I can install it and use it?
Is it a purchase product or a free add-in?

I was asking what web page I download it if it needed to be downloaded or
what folder it is on my system.

I eventually found in in the program files directory.
