Where is my Clip-Art organizer?

I am trying to download some clip-art. It states that I have Clipart
Organiser in My Pictures, but I cannot find it. How do I access the download?

You may want to ask this question in an appropriate for your version
Windows newsgroup. The "Access" in microsoft.public.access refers to
the Office Pro database program, Microsoft Access - not to "computer
access".
