Where is my Mail merge......

I would like to Mail merge, but there is no choice for
Mail Merge under the Tools option.

What version of Word are you using?

Do you have Tools > Letters & Mailings > Mail Merge...?

Have you tried typing "mail merge" in Help?

Mike, I am using Microsoft Word 2000. There is Merge

Documents, Envelopes and Letters, and other stuff, but
nothing on Mail Merge expressly. Yes, I looked up Mail
Merge and read it all, but I have no Mail Merge choice
under Tools. Even made sure my program had everything
running from the hard drive, by installing everything I
missed the first time...

Your Mail Merge item may have been deleted from the menu accidentally. See

And note that the command you want to restore is MailMergeHelper from the
All Commands category (you may not find it in the Mail Merge category--don't
ask).
