Where is my OneNote?

According to the MS OneNote site. It looks like OneNote is supposed to be
included with MS Office Professional 2003. I have MS Office Professional
Enterprise Edition 2003. Where is my OneNote?

OneNote is not in the Office Professional Suite, either 2003 or 2007
editions. The Office Professional Suite 2003 includes Access 2003, Excel
2003, Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager, PowerPoint 2003, Publisher
2003, and Word 2003.

Can you provide a link to where that info is shown?

OneNote 2003 was not bundled with any Office suite. It was only ever a
standalone app.

OneNote 2007 was the first version to be part of Office (but only with
selected 2007 suites).
