Where is News?

I had put News command to the task bar, but when I dragged it to Customize
window back, it disappeared and it is neither in Toolbar nor in Customize
window. I uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook it did not come back. Now I
can not use Outlook as my News Reader. How can I bring it back and use it
again?

Try resetting the menu Toolbar; View-> Toolbars-> -> Customize-> tab
Toolbar-> select Menubar-> button reset.
