Where is option located to convert all incoming e-mail to plain text?

In Outlook 2002, I don't want any incoming messages to be in HTML. I
want all messages to be in plain text.

In Tools / Options, I easily find the option to compose *outgoing*
messages in plain text.

But where is the option to make all *incoming* messages plain-text
only?

Thanks.
