I don't have the rest of Office 2003 installed - just Outlook 2003. I tried
to install the entire Office 2003 service pack 2 file (
Office2003SP2-KB887616-FullFile-ENU.exe ) but it failed when it asked for my
install disk and I put in my Outlook 2003 cd and I guess it expected an
Office 2003 cd.

Failed with what error (code)?
Does updating through Office Update work for you?

I don't get an error message it just keeps hanging on the D: thingy asking
for my Office CD. I only have the Outlook 2003 cd.

Did you originally install it with that disk as well?
Try Office Update as well.

Sorry to hear you give up that easily. A simple repair/reinstall would have
fixed it for sure.
