It's on your audio amplifier connected to your guitar and mic.

Perhaps you meant to say "Where is the Send button". There won't be one
until you define an account in Outlook.

Please paste the address of a website on which you are trying to find
the "Sign Out" button.

If it's a Microsoft LiveID/Passport, you can sign out network wide at
http://passport.com

For individual Microsoft sites, the sign out button is usually found in
the upper right corner of your screen.

There is no sign out button in Outlook. There is an Exit one under File\Exit in
Outlook.

Outlook does not have a sign out button as Hotmail

Outlook doesn't have a sign out button. However, if you click on File you
can then choose Exit. Or simply click the X in the upper right-hand corner
of your Outlook Window.
