Where is the Applescript menu?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I just installed Word 2008 and all the updates. I wanted to use an Applescript, and there is apparently supposed to be an icon to open the applescript menu next to the help icon but there isn't. How do I find this icon?

The AppleScript menu is on the main menu bar next to the Help *menu*,
not the document menu. It looks like a scroll.
