Where is the common dictionary that Office uses located?

I need to edit the common dictionary that Office XP uses. It keeps missing
the word "priviledge" during the spell check. It should be "privilege" and
the only ".dic" file I can find is "custom.dic" and there are only a few
entries in it. But, "priviledge" is not one of them. TIA for any help...
