Where is the foreign language keyboard download now?

Office 97 had a feature you could download from Microsoft where you could
enter characters in a different language script, like Japanese, using a
characater keyboad. It was called Enhanced Language Module or something
like that. I installed Office 2003 and no longer have it. Since I can't
remember the exact name I am unable to find it at Microsoft.

Can anyone tell me where I can get this, and what it was really called?

What would be the minimum amount of Office 2000 or 2002 I would have to
install? Can I drill down and select some insignificant part in the setup
program and still use the Visual Keyboard with Office 2003?

I don't know - you are welcome to find out. Possibly installing just the
OSB would be sufficient but I tend to believe you need to install a full
program.
