Where is the Office Picture Manager application found?

I have new digital camera software that wants me to point to the photo
editor application pgm that I want to be the default - ie Office Picture
Manager. I have Office 3000 installed. I can successfully access OPM from
tools or when I open a jpg. But where and what name is associated with OPM?

For Office 2003, try \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 11\OIS.exe.

IN Office 2003 it's OIS.exe, dunno about Office 3000! ;-)
