Where is the opportunity form in SBCM 2007? (Trial version)

I used SBCM in 2003 and there was a detailed opportunity form available as
the default form. I cannot find a form in 2007. All it does is give me a
very basic task form. Is there a setting that I am missing? Or do I need to
reinstall?
