Where is the print setting to respect tasks across page breaks?

Hi KP77,

What view are you talking about printing? The only option close to what I
think you are looking for is printing the Network Diagram view. Apply the
view and choose Format > Layout and select the checkbox for Adjust for page
breaks.

If you could give us some additional information, we may be able to assist
further.

Yes, thank you. I see the checkbox but it is grey and not active....what's
the approach to get it active??

I'm afraid I don't know. I've tried a bunch of things to try to get the box
disabled in the Network Diagram view, but I can't reproduce the issue. Does
this happen on all Project files or just one? Are your printer drivers the
most recent? Have you customized the Network Diagram or made other changes
in the Layout dialog box?

I have 1 schedule. I have modified some task boxes. I can check printer
drivers, but I have had this option "on" at an earlier point .....may be that
was prior to editing the task boxes....

Without knowing what editing changes you have made, my guess would be it is
related to those changes, particularly as you think the option was available
before.

Look at the filters. I had a filter on at the top on a tool bar (I don't know
the name of the filter - it's a drop down list including the word
"constraints") and I changed the filter to read "No Group". The check boxes
all became available after that.
