where is the speech menu in word 12?

I want to write in office word 12 by using mic.
i cant find the tool menu for speech as in office XP.
can any one help me

If you've got a legitimate copy of Word 12, you must be on the Beta program.
Your question would be better addressed on the appropriate Beta Word

If you aren't on the Beta, how did you get a copy of Word 12?
