Maybe you guys can help. If you can issue a trouble ticket for me,
and ask for their freaking fax number, at least, so I can get some
real tech support. Thanks. The following was my original question to
COMP.MISC, but that didn't help:

I'm trying to help a young kid establish a website and a get a host,
so she can show her art on the web. She wasn't very familiar with
establishing a website, and picked shieldhost from the bunch without
my help at first. She got a host through shieldhost, but never got
help from shieldhost since the setup.
I can't get a hold of these guys from shieldhost.com. I wrote them an
email at "suport@ . . . ," and they responded by sending me an
automated response, and instructions to a webpage that's no help at
all, which kept requesting for some userID and code. The code works
for the website uploads, but not for tech support? SHIELDHOST.COM haS
no mailing address, no fax, phone, not even a working email with a
human being to answer us! Their WHOIS info isn't even under their own
real contact info, it's someone elses contact info. If you guys know
how to get a hold of 'em let me know. No, "postmaster@ . . . " won't
help.
Now, I wonder if this SHIELDHOST is being run by a kid too.
