Where is VISOCX.dll in Visio 2002?

I am going to write application using Visio Activex supporting Visio 2000,
2002 and 2003. All working on machine with visio 2003. But I didn't find
any visocx.dll or ocx file for activex in visio 2002.

Please confirm.

the drawing activex control was introduced in visio 2003
