Where is Word 2003 Normal Template Stored?

Hi, Where is the Woord 2003 default new document template stored?
I can't find it.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | File Locations. Your normal.dot
template will be in the folder designated for "User Templates". It is a
hidden file in Word 2002 and 2003.

How can I modify normal.dot?
