Working on a PPS, I have inserted GIF and JPEG into the slide. When I am
finished for the day, I save the project. When I open the project the next
day all the inserted files are in place. UNTIL recently. One particular PPS
I am working the inserts are not retained within the slides. When I open the
project, a few of the slides have big red X's in the place where the
inserted file should be.
So far I have reloaded Office XP 2003 and broken the PPS into two parts. I
have also made the changes in the slides, saved the PPS with a different
file name, also made sure all the GIF and JEPG's are in the same folder. To
me, the project acts like it is corrupted but I don't know how to tell if it
is and I don't know what to do to keep the inserts in the slide.
