where the hell have my toolbars gone

I have 'lost' the toolbars from all Word Documents, thus
cannot print... all docs come up in a 'print only'
format, though "print only' option is not selected on the
Word 'preferences menu.
help?? ty

Have you clicked on View|Toolbars? I have lost toolbars
and recovered them by checking the toolbars that are not
showing.
