Where to ask for help

There was someone answer ing me a Diane Poremsky on a problem I'm having with
dates changing when I change the time on the Calendar. I presume that she
was unable to answer since I've not received and answer now. Can anyone
tell me where I could go that I could talk to someone!!!

If we aren't able to answer the question, then the only other option is
opening a support incident with Microsoft. Googling may also bring up an
answer for rare problems.
