Where to Download Dynamic Elements

I am a FrontPage 2002 user, and would like to add some
extra dynamic elements to my pages, such as drop-down
menus for hyperlinks.

Can anyone recommend a user-friendly site (for a novice!)
where I can download such things and then incorporate them
into my Frontpage Web?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
