Where to find designer for a compact database

Can anybody please tell me where to find a database designer. I have found
that the project I am planning is out of my reach. Help much appreciated

Most MVPs do contract work as do others who reply here.

Thanks Kathy, but I am in Australia (Victoria).
The main problem I am having, I need to build our own products with stock
items, both need to be inventorised. So far I am having 11 tables (on paper).
I believe it is called Bill of Materials, I have downloaded the BOM. file,
but am I right in thinking coding needs to take place. Can I achieve this
with tables (forms) and relationships?
