Where to find product key to reload Office 2000

Hard drive died, have disks but need product key to reload Office 2000 small
business.

I called the number in India, got a new Product Key, entered, and was told
"This is an invalid CD key value." Called backl, got a new Product Key,
entered, and was told the same thing. She then said I needed to find
technical support. I can't get through the maze of options. Still no Office
2000.

Two calls to India, two Product Key numbers, neither of which is accepted:
"this is an invalid CD Key value. Please check......." Still no Office
2000.

I don't know what else to suggest; I certainly can't provide you with a
product key. Call them back and find out why it isn't working.

Been there, done that. That's how I got the two Product Key numbers that
were not accepted by the program! How do I talk to a technician?

It works fine here. Try this then. Go to
http://support.microsoft.com/
Click on View products for Assisted Support
Under Office Products, choose More Office Products
Under Office Bundles, choose Office 2000
Then Office 2000 Small Business Edition
(I believe that's what you're using?)
Then you can follow the links to get technical support.
