Where's it going?

I'm receiving email from everyone except one person. My
inbox flashes (turns bold) for a split second, I hear the
chime, but can't find where it's been sent. I've checked
Junk mail and my rules but nothing is flagging that
specific sender. Any suggestions on other settings to
check? (OL2002)

Try turning off all your rules, have the sender send you a message, see if
you get it. Then try turning the rules back on one at a time to see which
one is doing this.

What happens if you use Advanced Find and specify that sender as the mail
you are searching for?
