Where's my custom toolbar?

I had a custom toolbar I was using in word '97 that ran macros. I recently
installed office 2007 and only part of my custom toolbar is now available.
Can I get get it all to work on 2007? If so how? Or am I just SOL.

Custom toolbars created by add-ins or vba code will appear on the add-ins tab.

Other than that, custom toolbars are pretty much gone in 2007.
