Where's the Global IME for Office 2003?

I'm running XP Home / Office 2003, however no Global IME seems to exist?

Global IME 5.02 says it isn't compatible with the OS.

Office XP IME won't install the earlier version.

I never had these problems before! Can anyone help?? ^^
