Hi Annette,

If you try to insert an audio file with Insert - Film and Sound - From file,
a list of all possible file types will be shown. The most common ones are
WAV, MP3, WMV and MID. Of these, only WAV files can be embedded, all other
files will be linked.

I think Ute probably meant WMA, not WMV.
